Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery time is separate from processing time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your customer service email]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OTF Oilz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
