At OTF Oilz, we take pride in the quality of our fragrance oils and products. Due to the personal nature of these items, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed. This policy helps us maintain product integrity, hygiene, and safety for all customers.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Email help@otf-oilz.com

• Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement of the item. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Issues

OTF Oilz is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
