Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier and destination country.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost packages after shipment

🔄 Returns & Refunds on International Orders
All international sales are final.
Due to customs regulations and high shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:

Refused package
The customer must pay reshipping costs.
